Enthusiastic carollers celebrated the Christmas season at the Quarry on 11 December 2010
Dame Malvina Major and a great line-up of Bay of Plenty musicians gave a magnificent concert of opera standards, songs from musical theatre, and fantastic chamber music in perfect conditions under a near-full moon on 27 February 2010
The Te Puna Quarry Park, located just off State Highway 2, is well known by all Bay of Plenty locals.
The Te Puna Summer Trust exists to assist those who want to use the Te Puna Quarry as a performing space.
Now well known as a performance venue for family entertainment, the Quarry Park's Summer Trustees have good connections with local cultural and other organisations that support the arts.
